※ 本機克服定型過程棉杯常發(fā)生打折、打皺、凹凸現(xiàn)象，影響產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量，造成生產(chǎn)成本高，此類問題在尺碼較大的罩杯加工過程中也是有發(fā)生。
※ 本機主要在產(chǎn)品的成型和加工技術(shù)方面做了改進，通過對裁片壓制過程經(jīng)行準確的定位加工來減少因尺碼偏移造成的損失。比較適合歐美大型罩杯和普通模杯的生產(chǎn)。
※ 本公司針對內(nèi)衣模杯生產(chǎn)開發(fā)的特有溫度控制系統(tǒng)，運用可控硅移相觸發(fā)電流控制加熱，可使發(fā)熱更均勻、平穩(wěn)、省電，節(jié)能效果佳，並可延長發(fā)熱管使用壽命。
Features
※ This machine overcomes the bad phenomenon of the bra cup production, such as being folded, wrinkled and unnatural concavo-convex during the molding process which directly affects products’ quality and creates high cost. This kind of problem often occurs in the molding of large-sized shape cups.
※ The machine has been improved in the aspect of products forming and process technology. It locates accurately during the foam-pieces pressing and reduces the losses caused by size deviation. It is suitable for the large-size cups in European and American areas.
※ To direct at the specific temperature control system in the development of bra cups production, we utilize silicon controlled phase shifting triggering current to control heating. So it can make the temperature more even and steady with remarkable energy-saving efficiency and it will prolong the service life of heating tube.
