在布藝沙發(fā)、戶外家具中座包的拉骨縫制工序量非常大，傳統(tǒng)的縫制工藝繁瑣效率低，對于操作技術(shù)要求較高，針對這些問題，我們開發(fā)出該工作站，優(yōu)化和合并了工序，最后形成在把座包四周圍上面預(yù)先將兩條骨線縫好，再將上下兩個蓋按骨條的位置拼縫上去，就完成一個座包的全部縫制工藝，效率大幅提升。
It's widely used in the piping sewing of seat bag on fabric sofa ,out-door furniture .The traditional sewing workmanship is complex and low efficient .It's higher operation requirement for the traditional sewing .As for these problem ,we develop this working station ,then optimize and integrate the process .It can pre-sew the piping stitch around the seat bag ,then to split sew the upper and lower cover along with the piping position .After that ,it can finish all process of seat bag and improve the efficiency rapidly .
