用途：主要用于文胸模杯及其他同類產(chǎn)品的定型生產(chǎn)。
特點：
(1) 機體外形精巧，結(jié)構(gòu)緊密，上下模易吻合，運作平穩(wěn)。
(2) 采用內(nèi)置式電熱管裝置，進口時間表及保溫材料隔熱控溫。
(3) 本公司針對內(nèi)衣模杯生產(chǎn)開發(fā)的特有溫度控制系統(tǒng)，運用可控硅移相觸發(fā)電流控制加熱，可使發(fā)熱更均勻、平穩(wěn)、省電，節(jié)能效果佳，并可延長發(fā)熱管使用壽命。
(4) 左右獨立恒溫控制及上下模雙向驅(qū)動，均衡左右模杯溫度；有效利用整機空間，克服傳統(tǒng)溫差過大造成的陰陽色差缺陷。

Function:
It is mainly used for molding different foam cups and other similar products.
Features:
(1) It is delicate and exquisite in appearance and compact in structure. The upper moulds can be easily coincided with the lower moulds so as to operate steadily.
(2) Equipped with the internal heating pipes, imported time meters and thermal insulation material to control temperature.
(3) To direct at the specific temperature control system in the development of bra cups production, we utilize silicon controlled phase shifting triggering current to control heating. So, it can make the temperature more even and steady with remarkable energy-saving efficiency and it will prolong the heating tube's service life.
(4) It adopts independent thermostatic controllers in both sides and upper and lower moulds bi-directional driver, which can balance the temperature of left and right moulds and make effective use of the whole space, overcoming the chromatic aberration caused by the difference in temperature.
